and the new award-winning station at Bolton Abbey. Bolton Abbey
station is the ideal stopping off point for a pleasant one and
a half mile walk to the ruins of the 12th Century priory. About
15 miles east of Settle.
Bolton Priory, and the Church of St. Mary and St. Cuthbert, are
located in the village of Bolton Abbey. The priory is a ruined
Augustinian monastery on the banks of the River Wharfe. It is
a renowned beauty spot forming part of the Duke of Devonshire's
country estate, which also includes the riverside walk through
the woods to the Strid, a notorious stretch of water where the

Yorkshire BD24 9PT Malham is a high moorland landscape with a
dramatic limestone scenery of cliffs, crags, scars and 'limestone
